Dear Deltans, sequel to ill concieved recently released fake forensic report by David Edevbie Campaign Organization aimed at blackmailing and smearing the image of our Principal, Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori who validly won PDP Delta Governorship Primary Election on 25th May 2022 and whose name and particulars have been succinctly communicated to INEC on 8th July 2022 by our Noble Party leadership as the party candidate for Delta Gubernatorial Election 2023.
It should be noted that a check on the status of the APEX FORENSIC LABORATORY LTD indicated that the Company was registered in 2011, however the current status of the company is unknown. The objective of the company is equally unknown. A visit to the company website www.apexlaboratoryltd.com showed that the website is inactive.
The company registered office is Ihiala, IMO State in a family compound. The company was registered by Corporate Affairs Commission under Part F as Incorporated Trustee instead of a Limited Company under Part F CAMA as the Company Directors are family members. The company operated by the UDUNZE family members. It should be noted that the company have no designated Directors as Chairman/CEO nor having a secretary.
Despiration for powers have led David Edevbie to purchased a Black Market forensic report to furthermore continue in his inglorious chase for powers.
It should be noted that the Court of Appeal is currently adjudicating on the matter which originated from David Edevbie. Thus, his current blackmail of Oborevwori is prejudicial as Court of Appeal, Abuja Division have concluded hearing on Oborevwori Appeal.
Edevbie is aware that defeat stairs at him at the Court of Appeal as his case would not survive ground one of Oborevwori grounds of Appeal on Preliminary Objection raised at the lower Court on lack of Jurisdiction, as a result of no cause of action. Section 182 (j) Constitution of Federal Republic of Nigeria As Amended and Section 29 (5) (6) Electoral Act 2022 aptly stipulates where cause of action would arises in Pre Election matters.
It should be noted that David Edevbie is a meldlesome interloper, a busybody and a stranger in Okpe State House Assembly 2019 Election and as such he lacked locus standi to rely on documents Oborevwori submitted to INEC in contesting for Okpe State Constituency Election in 2019. His legal team could have told him that it’s Statute Bar to file Pre Election action of 2019 Election in 2022.
We thus, enjoined Deltans to disregard Edevbie imprudently purchased black market forensic report. It’s only a Court of competent Jurisdiction which is adjudicating on the matter that can ordered a forensic analysis of documents where there is existence of ambiguity and doubt in such evidence. Where such order exist, it must be biparte but not exparte (one sided) as you can’t shaved a man head on his behalf.
