Chairman of Warri South Local Government Area, Dr. Michael Tidi, says the synergy Speaker of Delta State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, has with the Governor Ifeanyi Okowa led Delta State Executive Council, is healthy for democracy and fundamental to good governance.
Dr. Tidi, who made the declaration in a goodwill message to felicitate with Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, on the occasion of his birthday today, Friday June 19, averred that as Speaker of the state legislative arm, Rt. Hon. Oborevwori has continued to exhibit exemplary humility and enviable leadership qualities.
The Warri South Chairman, who expressed confidence that God will continually enrich Rt. Hon. Oborevwori with good health, wisdom, knowledge and long life, enjoined him to remain steadfast in the service of mankind.
Dr. Tidi, assured that people of Warri South Local Government Area, will not relent in providing the necessary support that would help the state executive council and legislative arm to accelerate good governance amid obvious uncertainties caused by the Coronavirus plague.
