THE DELTA STATE PRIVATE HEALTH CARE CENTRE (REGISTRATION, OPERATIONS AND PROHIBITION BILL, 2017) HAS  PASSED SECOND READING. 

The Motion to read the Bill for the second time at plenary on Tuesday, March 27, 2018, presided over by the Speaker, Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori was moved by the Lead Sponsor,Hon Dr Alphonsus Ojo and was Seconded by Hon  Efe Ofobruku. The Bill enjoyed  support of members.
