SPEAKER OBOREVWORI, RECEIVES OVIRI-OKPE COMMUNITY, LED BY THE CHAIRMAN AUGUSTINE EFOGHERE, ON A THANK YOU VISIT, AT HIS OSUBI RESIDENCE TODAY 13TH MAY, 2018.

The Speaker DTHA, Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori, today received on a Thank You Visit, Oviri-Okpe Community in Ward 2, Okpe LGA, led by the Chairman Mr Augustine Efoghere. Speaking on behalf of the community, the chairman Mr Efoghere thanked the Speaker for his benevolence in executing one of his constituency projects, CONSTRUCTION OF A BLOCK OF SIX CLASSROOMS AT OVIRI – OKPE SECONDARY SCHOOL.

The Otota of the community, Pa. Eyimofe also added his voice by saying that the entire community is grateful to Mr Speaker for raising the standard of learning by the construction of the beautiful block of six classrooms.

Responding, Rt Hon Oborevwori, said though he was not expecting the visit but that the visit will spur him to do more for the community. He seized the opportunity to thank the Governor, His Excellency, Sen Dr Ifeanyi Okowa, for the appointment of Mr Wilson Okiki, a member of the community as SA on Community Development.

Members of the community on the entourage are: Mr Wilson Okiki SA to the Governor on community development, Hon Peter Anighoro, councillor representing ward 2, Mr William Adelabu party leader, Dr Mrs Augustina Erah, Mr Isaac Orere PDP Ward 2 chairman amongst others.
