The Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly, Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori has congratulated the Senator representing Delta South Senatorial District in the Red Chamber of the National Assembly, Senator James Manager, as he turns 61 years.
In a Press Statement by his Chief Press Secretary, Mr Dennis Otu, the Speaker, described Senator James Manager as a quintessential leader, saying he is always there for his Constituents and friends.
According to the Statement ; “Today I have the pleasure of wishing a great son of Delta State, a thoroughbred politician, a lawmaker par excellence and a seasoned community leader, a truly marvellous birthday”
