The Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly, Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori has commiserated with the family of Eyamike over the death of Hon Alex Eyamike who died in a ghastly motor accident on Friday, February 15, 2019.
At the family compound at Okobia, Okpe Local Government Area of the state, the Speaker described the demise of Hon Alex Eyamike as very painful.
He said; “We have come here today to commiserate with the entire members of the Eyamike family over the painful death of Hon Alex Eyamike. We cannot question God over the death of our brother and good friend, Alex. It pleases God to call him now. His death is a very sad one and shocking too. His death is a big blow to us, the PDP family and the whole of Ward Nine. Hon Alex Eyamike was a smart man and he cut across everywhere, we are surely going to miss him. We will support the family during the burial.
Speaking on behalf of the family, Pastor Lucky Eboyeti, expressed gratitude to Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori and his entourage for the condolence visit. Others who spoke were, Sunny Kpenosene and Abraham Eyamike.
The Speaker was accompanied by the Chairman of Okpe local government area, Chief J.J Scott, Okpe Local Government Area PDP chairman, Hon Efe Uko, Ward Nine chairman, Abraham Agba and host of others.
