*** Passes Delta State Public Occupational Safety Bill, 2017
Delta State House of Assembly, on Tuesday ratified the authorisation of payment of outstanding financial commitment to CCC Nigeria Limited and Setraco Nigeria Limited through the guarantee of certificate discount facilities.
The commitments target for defrayment are N11. 5 billion and N8.9 billion respectively.
The ratification was sequel to a letter from Governor Okowa, read by the Speaker, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, during plenary.
Meanwhile, the Delta State Public Occupational Safety Bill, 2017 has been read the third time and passed. It went through the Committee of the Whole House, chaired by Speaker Oborevwori
