The Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly, Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori has felicitated with the Senator representing Delta South Senatorial District in the National Assembly, Senator James Ebiowou Manager on his 60th birthday.

Rt Hon. Oborevwori added that; “As you clock 60, I am confident that your years of experience as a ranking Senator will bring more dividends of democracy to our people.
According to the Speaker, as a pioneer Chairman of the PDP, Delta State chapter, Senator James Manager has steadily expanded his profile and influence across Delta South senatorial district in particular and Delta State in general by always placing the interest of the people above any other consideration.
